Have you prioritized health and wellbeing this Summer 2021? This global pandemic has turned our world upside down in so many ways, but for many of us, it has also had an impact on our health and wellness, both physical and mental. Thank goodness for warmer weather to get outside and get more active! Can you believe we are already at the mid-point of summer? It's a great time to check in with ourselves and focus on our health goals.

Here are some of the best health hacks to quickly get back on track with your health goals...or take them to the next level!

Get Active!

Summer weather has been up and down more than the average elevator this year...so while routines are an excellent way to stay on track with your health goals, there is something to be said about taking advantage when the sun comes out to hike, bike, jog, or even do some awesome outdoor yoga. And for those rainy days...OMG...fitness centres are open again! 

Back to Routines

Routines can have a huge impact on your health goals. Where to start? Well...at the very beginning of your day! Start your day a bit earlier than normal (which of course means going to bed a bit earlier). Since so much of our health relies on a healthy gut, one great health hack is starting your day with a glass of water with lemon or water with applecider vinegar to promote a more alkaline gut. Wednesday porch parties, Friday share-plates on your favourite restaurant patios or Saturday Apres golf, it's fantastic to have these social gatherings as something to look forward to.
